Terms of Use

Available is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

That is the agreement between you and us for the use of the app. You can read it at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. The rest of this page is what is particular to this app.

What you pay for

Everything works free for a fortnight from the day your Apple Account first gets the app. After that, reading your dates, changing them and looking at the calendar all stay free. Sending them is the part that is paid for.

There are two ways to pay, and either one is enough:

Both are bought through the App Store, which shows you the price in your own currency before you agree to anything. The payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm it.

The monthly one renews

It renews every month until you cancel it. Unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the month you are in, Apple charges your Apple Account for the next month in the 24 hours before that month ends.

You cancel it in your Apple Account's subscription settings: on an iPhone or iPad, the Settings app → your name → Subscriptions. It then runs to the end of the month you have already paid for and stops. We cannot cancel it for you, because we have no account of yours to cancel.

The free fortnight ends and that is all it does

It does not become a subscription and it does not become a payment. Nothing is charged unless you choose one of the two above yourself. When the fortnight is up the app tells you so and waits.

Answering someone is always free

If someone else asks you for your dates, answering them costs nothing, now or ever. That holds whether or not you have paid, and whether or not your fortnight has run out. You need the app to answer, but not a paid copy.

No account, and nothing sent to us

There is no account to make and no server of ours to sign in to. Your calendar is never sent anywhere, and we never see your card or your name. What the app keeps, and where, is set out on the privacy page.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple rather than by us: reportaproblem.apple.com.
