Terms of Use

Available is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

That is the agreement between you and us for the use of the app. You can read it at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. The rest of this page is what is particular to this app.

It is a free beta

Available is a beta at the moment, and it is free. Nothing is charged for it, there is no payment screen in it, and you are not signing up to anything by using it.

You get it through Apple's TestFlight, and Apple's own terms for TestFlight apply to that as well as these.

A beta is still being finished. Look over a list of dates before you send it or rely on it, as you would a list you had written out yourself.

No account, and nothing sent to us

There is no account to make and no server of ours to sign in to. Your calendar is never sent anywhere, and we never see your name or anything else about you. What the app keeps, and where, is set out on the privacy page.
